1. What types of criminal cases does your office handle?

Everything. Our attorneys have handled cases ranging from simple municipal ordinance violations in local municipal courts to Death Penalty cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey. We believe all individuals deserve quality representation regardless of how minor the charge can be. Any criminal charge is a serious charge.

2. What areas of the United States do you practice criminal defense in?

All areas. Our attorneys have handled cases in over 30 State and Federal District Courts. We have successfully handled criminal cases from California to New York.

3. How much do you charge for an initial consultation?

We do not charge for initial consultations.

4. How quickly do I have to hire an attorney after I sign a real estate contract?

All broker prepared contracts in the State of New Jersey have a three day attorney review period. That review period includes business days, but does not include weekends and holidays, and starts to run as soon as a signed copy of the contract is delivered to you. It is important that you have an attorney review the contract during this three day period.

5. I'm buying a house, what do I have to do so the purchase goes smoothly?

You should have a home inspection done within the time limits provided for in sales contract. You should also begin looking for a mortgage broker or company if you intend on borrowing money for the purchase of the property. It's important that you keep in touch with our office and we will advise you of any important dates relative to your closing. We do not handle home inspections, the obtaining of mortgage commitments or the obtaining of homeowners insurance as these these are the client's responsibility. We will assist you in accomplishing any of these objectives whenever we are able to. We provide all our clients, upon request, a checklist of items that are the client's responsibility and which you will find helpful in having your closing go smoothly.
