Peter R. Willis
Mr. Willis , has practiced criminal and civil
litigation for over 30 years and is one of most recognized criminal defense attorneys
in New Jersey. He successfully defended or been involved in the defense of several
of the State’s most celebrated criminal cases. Mr. Willis has Litigated cases in
the Federal system as well as in more than 20 states throughout the country.
Mr. Willis was recognized in the Super Lawyers advertising section of New Jersey
Monthly Magazine and the New Jersey edition of SuperLawyers magazine in 2008, 2009
and 2010.
In addition to his active practice, Mr. Willis has lectured on criminal procedure
for the ICLE Skills and Method course of the New Jersey State Bar. Mr. Willis also
has a column in the New Jersey Cops Magazine.

John A Young Jr.
Mr. Young has practiced both criminal and civil
litigation, including the representation of nonprofit organizations and municipal
employees. Mr. Young conducts legal research and drafts briefs on motions and appeals.
He has litigated cases in Municipal, State and Federal Courts since becoming admitted
and has appeared in Federal courts in New York, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio and Texas.
Mr. Young also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions. Mr.
Young has successfully represented municipal employees from Jersey City, Union City,
Irvington and Hudson County.
